5 Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, graphics, logos, and materials created by LeadProof Websites remain the intellectual property of LeadProof Websites until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the deliverables agreed upon in your service contract will transfer to you, the client.
You grant LeadProof Websites the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
6 SMS Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS communications from LeadProof Websites, you agree to the following terms:
This campaign sends out transactional SMS messages related to appointment reminders, customer care, follow-ups, and informational updates. Additionally, we will also send out marketing messages related to special offers, discounts, and new product or service updates.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
